By accessing or using Fansnax ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including creators, viewers, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fansnax. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Creator Agreement

As a creator on Fansnax, you agree to the following terms:

• You retain ownership of all content you create
• You grant Fansnax a license to display and distribute your content on the platform
• You are entitled to receive up to 70% of earnings from your content
• Payments are processed weekly, with a minimum payout threshold of $50
• You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing content involving minors or non-consenting individuals
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Attempting to circumvent payment systems or fraud
• Sharing personal information of other users without consent
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content Guidelines

All content must comply with our community standards. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The Fansnax name, logo, and platform design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission. User-generated content remains the property of its creators, subject to the license granted to Fansnax.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fansnax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Donations & Payments

All tips and donations made through Fansnax are voluntary charitable contributions made directly to support creators. By sending a tip, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All donations are final and non-refundable under any circumstances
• Tips are considered charitable donations and do not constitute a purchase of goods or services
• You are not entitled to any specific content, response, or service in exchange for a donation
• Fansnax acts solely as a payment facilitator and is not responsible for interactions between donors and creators
• By providing your email address, you consent to the creator contacting you in response to your donation
• Higher donation amounts may be prioritised for responses at the creator's discretion

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you remain entitled to any earned but unpaid balance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
